About Martin

Martin is an experienced manager with a long career in both the public and private sectors. For much of his early career he specialised in accounting and subsequently took the years of management accountancy experience into software when he took on a training role for a company providing Financial Accounting software. In more recent years he has helped organisations to implement best practices in their business processes and is passionate about helping young people with their first steps into their chosen careers.

About Caitríona

Caitríona holds the position of Trainee Office Manager. She recently transferred from a software company where she successfully took on the responsibilities of a key admin role. Working directly for the UK Operations Director she successfully implemented several important administration projects, including a restructure of the companies file structure and the revision of company policies. In her spare time Caitríona is working hard to earn a Bachelor of Laws degree and has a keen interest in pursuing a career in corporate law.
